MSCo Consulting is the company’s primary practice today. We work with founders, business owners, and organizational leaders when growth, complexity, or change makes the work harder to navigate.
Typical work includes untangling an operation that has outgrown its founder, aligning a leadership team on priorities and decisions, clarifying ownership and handoffs, or turning a strategy deck into a practical 90-day plan.
